Special A is a really sweet shoujo series, there's a 망가 and an 아니메 if you're interested

Black Rock Shooter is a short OVA (movie-ish) about two best friends. There's combat fighting but nothing really gorey from what I remember. It's a really awesome movie

Uta no Prince-sama is probably as innocent as 당신 can be with bishounens (hot 아니메 guys) in the picture. It's still a great series with amazing 음악 in it

K-ON's another great 음악 series about four high school girls starting a band. It's pretty much randomness with a underlying plot line, but definitely hilarious

Oh, and 2 movies: The Girl who Leapt through time, and Summer Wars... (drop-dead AMAZING movies)

There's Power Puff Girls Z, an 아니메 based off of the american PPG series... It's done really well too

If you're up for 읽기 some 망가 too, I suggest:

Fruits Basket (there IS an anime, but the 망가 is much, much better). There's something that could be seen as fanservice in a way... but it's so innocent and the story is so nice that I hope you'll look past it ^_^"

You're my Girlfriend is a short, cute 망가 one-shot. So is 24 Colours Hatsukoi no Palette

Um... Pretty much all 아니메 like that have profanity at least a little. But some nice ones are A's follows:
CLANNAD(It's a slice of life 아니메 with no magic, except at the end of the afterstory. It's super sad, so be warned about that, but it's very funny at most times.)
Yumeiro Patissiere(Dude. It's about seventh graders going to a school to make sweets. It's about as kiddish as 당신 can get without it benign extremely stupid. This actually has some magic, but it's only the sweets spirits that help the kids cook sweets.)
Ojamajo DoReMi(This isn't exactly what you're looking for because it has lots of magic, but it's kid-type magic. It's about elementary school kids using light magic to take care of a baby named Hana-chan in season two, try to transform Majo Rika back into a human in season one, make delicious sweets to become witches in season three, and save Hana-chan from a witch curse in season five. It's super cute, funny, and it was meant for younger people.)

Princess Tutu would work, but it's kind of creepy and Fakir often uses "damn" but nothing 더 많이 than that. There might be a little bit of blood,and some of the characters wear skimpy outfits that are a bit revealing, but it's mostly funny and make-believe.

Lucky Star,Azumanga Daioh,Sailor Moon Yu-Gi-Yo,and...sorry I like gore and 18+ animes but here is some of the animes I watch that isn't like that.

And to answer your question;
Maybe 앤젤 beats? There's a little profanity but not too much.
And maybe clannad, I haven't seen many episodes of it but from what I remember I think that'd be alright for you.

Ouran High School Host Club (It doesn't really have much language, although there are a few scenes that can be considered slightly suggestive), Fruits Basket (although I dunno if the Sohma curse is considered "magic"), maybe +Anima (it's only a manga. Not sure if +Anima powers are considered "magic".)

Suite Prettycure and Heartcatch Prettycure are good.Shugo Chara is good too.

Well, Most of the animes I watch are pretty violent. If you're that desperate for "age appropriate animes" then watch Saturday morning cartoons. Or.... 당신 could convince your parents because 13+ 아니메 is good. But an age appropriate 아니메 would be Tai Chi Chasers (never watched it, i just know it's age appropriate)
