Basically moving pictures are just GIF images. If 당신 type the 아니메 you'd like to find a pic of, with GIF after it, you'd bound to find some moving pics of that anime.
For example, type 'naruto gif' in the 구글 searchbar. This is one of the first 이미지 that I've found. Any questions?
