Absolutely not! It can be if you whip it a lot or use super harsh bits, but generally, not at all.

Horseriding isn't a bad thing.The horses get some exercise when they gallop around.
So people aren't hurting them they're just having a good time.

A grown man riding a pony would be animal cruelty. I also think it's cruel to kick the horse. I mean, how would you feel if someone was riding you and kicked you?
