the ending what happened? ( obvious spoilers)

I'm not sure but I think Kanade and Otonashi are reborn. The ending, to me seemed that they were reborn to live a happier life together; a 초 chance.. The idea of that I think is pretty logical, a good plot twist and actually, it made me cry(alot). On the other hand having them reborn in heaven would have been equally amazing. A world of Heaven, God is in existence and everything is well.. I see why 당신 would want Kanade and Otonashi in Heaven, it's peaceful there. Whereas on Earth bad things could still happen and they could end up right back in purgatory.

Yeah! Honestly i wish that they would have shown abit of everybody elses ending. But, if their life did go bad again, they woulf go back. -.o So, yeah they we're reborn.

At the end of 앤젤 Beats!, Otonashi and Kanade were given another chance on earth. I guess 당신 could say they were reborn but I think of it as them going into a coma and waking up from their injuries. But if they were reborn they would look different and would start over as 아기 and wouldn't remember anything. When Otonashi heard a girl (Kanade) humming My song, he immediately assumed it was Kanade. Which it was. I really don't understand the ending but that's my theory to the end of 앤젤 Beats!
