He DEFINITELY has a soul...no doubt at all. ( sorry if I misspelled)

He not only is a tortured soul but a kind, compassionate and loving soul too. If Palpatine hadn't brainwashed him at such a young age he would've turned out to be a great Jedi Knight.

Anakin's a tortured soul in many ways: fatherless, taken from his mother, his mother dies in his arms, the Jedi won't let him be himself, Padme gets pregnant and adds to the torture, and Palpatine took advantage of it all. Makes me want to read some Greek tragedy (or some alternative universe fanfiction)!

This is quite evident because the main plot of the prequels is based upon Anakin's inner battles. It all started when he lost his mother. His grief was harnessed by malicious people, such as Sidious, which then led him to ignorantly believe that the Dark Side was the only gateway to what he wanted the most: Padmé's safety. So he wasn't soulless, because he killed the Tusken Raiders out of blind grief for his mother, not for the pure pleasure of it. Also, he turned to the Dark Side only because he was told that it was the only possible way to save his precious wife.

Of course he's tortured...inner battles, love of Padme...it's impossible for him to be soulless...the tortured part also makes him so...ultimately the perfect man!!!!!!!!!!!! and the most attractive EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

he is the last person in exsistans to have no soul his defantly a trubald soul if he dose have no soul im not real no one is thats how sure i am relly how can such a hot,sexsy and nice persanaltid person be souls if they can be anakin never will be

He has been through so much bad, you can see that he suffers. And if he had not had any soul , he had not known love.
