DIGITALES STUDIOS Makes a Big Splash bagging a Multi Project Deal with Splash Entertainment for Lionsgate ‘Alpha And Omega’ Franchise
Mumbai based Award winning Digitales Studios, A Division of Karishma Software Pvt. Ltd, one of India’s Leading Animation Development and Production Companies, has bagged a multi project deal with US Based Splash Entertainment for the Lionsgate Franchise “Alpha and Omega” to be produced by Splash. Splash will also be handling distribution for the three films, with Lionsgate distributing in the US, Canada, and the UK.
Splash has partnered with Lionsgate for the production of three new 45-minute films to be distributed worldwide across DVD and digital platforms for the highly successful animated franchise Alpha and Omega. The first movie is set to be released mid-2016.

Lionsgate launched Alpha and Omega in 2010, and the film grossed over $50 million at the worldwide box office and has reached millions of consumers on DVD and digital platforms. The Company later expanded the franchise to include multiple sequels released on DVD and digital platforms including Alpha And Omega 2: A Howl-iday Adventure, Alpha and Omega 3: The Great Wolf Games (which Digitales Studios had delivered previously in 2013-2014) and Alpha And Omega: The Legend of Saw Tooth Cave. The last film Alpha And Omega: Family Vacation was released recently in the US.
Filled with their trademark humor, action and family values, the three new stories produced with Splash will focus on the misadventures of “Alpha” Kate, “Omega” Humphrey, and their three wolf pups, Claudette, Stinky and Runt, as they confront life lessons in the great outdoors.
With MIPCOM this week, Digitales Studios is looking forward to finalize a couple more projects as it steps towards its next phase of growth and partnerships with renowned International Producers like Splash Entertainment.
Some of the great names overseeing the Executive production will be Ken Katsumoto, Executive Vice President of Lionsgate Family Entertainment, and Liz Young, President of Splash Entertainment. With context to production in the Digitales Studios Mumbai facility, The Studios Director and Head Ritesh Kumar will be overseeing the same.
