No, she doesn't have throat cancer. This is just a rumour which was started when some 팬 on Twitter and Tumblr began to speculate about Adele's health. However, she was diagnosed with laryngitis and vocal cord hemorrhage. Her condition is very serious and she will therefore go under surgery. According to her official website a full recovery is expected and doctors have ordered her to rest her voice.
