A*Teens - Mamma Mia

BJsRealm This was my very first encounter with an ABBA song. When I first heard this tune, which was so catchy, I was only 8 yrs old. I fell in love with a song, unaware it was actually a cover. I really thought it was the original. Only couple of years later, I first heard of a 1970s band called ABBA & I immediately become an ABBA fan for life. My favourite group of all time! Though I got born too late to go to any of the legendary ABBA concerts (I was born in 1991), that didn't stop me from having fun & I enjoyed listening to my favourite pop band. Thank God for YouTube! Of course, since I was only 8 at the time, I also fell in love with the A*Teens as well. I am their faithful fan to this very day, both to ABBA & to the A*Teens. Love this ABBA cover very very much, just like I like the ABBA original. Cannot decide which one I prefer. I'm actually surprised that nobody posted this song to this ABBA fan club before, because A*Teens are truly the greatest ABBA fans ever. In fact, the original name of a teen band used to be ABBA Teens, yet one of the ABBA original members gave the teens a proposal for changing the name into A*Teens, which they had to take. The rest is, as they say, history.
